A good flat-ish walk along the South West Coastal Path can be done around Hartland Point. There are stunning views out to sea, and you may spot seals in the water (albeit from a distance from the cliff…).
There is a choice of two parking places, either Hartland Lighthouse car park, which costs around £3 in cash, which is collected in person, or park in the National Trust car park at Titchberry, which is free, with a donation requested. https://www.searchforsites.co.uk/marker.php?id=44227
Here is one circular walk, which is fairly flat: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/visit/devon/bideford-bay-and-hartland/east-titchberry-circular-walk . Looking down into Shipload Bay from the Coastal Path, you may be lucky enough to spot seals. At first we thought their heads were rocks, except that they kept bobbing under! Along the Coastal Path here we had a great view of a hare bounding across the fields.

Alternatively, you can just walk along the coastal path as far as you want from either of these starting points and then just come back the same way, which is actually what we do.
